¡Bienvenidos! 

My name is Kristen Sunohara and I am so excited for the 2025-2026 school year at Robert Warren! Some passions of mine include hiking, travelling and skiing. I have traveled to 23 countries and have many more to go. Previously I taught at Lord Beaverbrook High School and Kenneth Taylor School. I am also the EAL Learning Leader for Robert Warren School. I work with the EAL students and support them throughout the year, providing them with one-on-one opportunities to work in small groups on English language learning skills.

This year, I will be teaching ELA 8, Social 8, ELA 9, Social 9, Com-tech, and P.E. 7.  I look forward to teaching each one of these courses and seeing what amazing, creative work my students can produce. 

Student assessment will be updated via PowerSchool, guardians and students can access this platform throughout the year to keep up-to-date with student progress and to access report cards at each term.

Assignments and lessons will also be posted & submitted regularly on Google Classroom, should students miss a class.
