Welcome!

Dear Parents and Guardians,

My name is Sra. Coulombe, and this year I will be teaching Grade 6 Science and Spanish Language Arts. I’m excited to get to know your child and to be part of their Grade 6 year!

In my classroom, I want students to feel comfortable asking questions, trying new things, making mistakes, and being curious.

A little about me: I love to travel and experience new places, cultures, foods, and ways of life. Most recently, I spent part of my summer travelling through South Korea and China! I love coming back from my travels with new stories, experiences, and things I’ve learned to share with my students. I’m naturally curious, and I hope to encourage that same curiosity in my classroom.

Throughout the year, PowerSchool will be updated with assessment information so you can follow your child’s progress. Google Classroom will be our main space for lessons, assignments, resources, and missed work when students are absent.
