It is hard to believe that we are entering the final month of the school year, with many exciting learning opportunities, celebrations, and year-end events still to come.

Grade 6 Immunizations / Vacunación de 6.º grado – Tuesday, June 2
Public Health Nurses will be at Robert Warren School on the morning of Tuesday, June 2 to provide routine immunizations to Grade 6 students with returned consent forms. A detailed message has been sent directly to Grade 6 families with additional information and preparation tips. Thank you for your support in helping students feel prepared and comfortable for immunization day.

Grade 9 Farewell Celebration / Celebración de Despedida de 9.º Grado
Our Grade 9 Farewell is quickly approaching on June 25, and we are looking forward to celebrating this special milestone with our students and families.

Water Jug/Drink Dispenser Request for Gr. 9 Farewell Celebration – June 25
As we prepare for our farewell celebration on June 25, we are looking to borrow a few large water jugs/drink dispensers for the event. If any families have one they would be willing to lend us for the day, we would greatly appreciate it.

Band Concert Reminder / Recordatorio del Concierto de Banda
Band concert ticket order forms must be submitted by Thursday, June 4. This concert traditionally sells out, so please ensure forms are handed in on time to avoid disappointment.
Concert Information 📍 Henry Wise Wood High School 📅 Monday, June 8 🕖 Concert begins at 7:00 p.m.
Student Arrival Times • 6:10 p.m. – Grade 7 Band • 6:20 p.m. – Jazz Band & Grade 9 Band • 6:30 p.m. – Grade 8 Band
Final Morning Rehearsals • Tuesday – Grade 7 Band at 7:30 a.m. • Wednesday – Jazz Band at 7:30 a.m. • Thursday – Senior Band at 7:30 a.m.
Attendance at these final rehearsals is extremely important as students prepare for the concert performance!!!

Chess Club Monday at lunch in Room 8. All skills welcome!
Open Hours at lunch with Sra. Soltesz
Open Hours will be available on Thursdays during the lunch hour. Students are welcome to come in to work on assignments, and Chromebooks will be available for use. On Thursdays, students will also have the option to participate in literacy games and enjoy board games in Spanish.
Buddy Lunches on Wednesdays / Almuerzos de compañeros los miércoles
Join us Wednesdays at lunch in Ms. Keen’s classroom for Open Hours, Peer Buddies, and Tutoring. This is a great opportunity for students to connect across grade levels, get extra support with schoolwork or organization, and build community in a positive, supportive space.
