As we head into the long weekend, this is a reminder that there are no classes until Tuesday, February 17. We hope this time allows families to rest, recharge, and enjoy time together. Esperamos que disfruten de este tiempo en familia y regresen con energía para el aprendizaje. We are excited to continue our student-led Heritage Day initiative, first launched last year with great success. Students recently completed a survey to share their family heritage or cultural connections and have now been placed into groups to begin preparing presentations for our School Heritage Day on March 19. Each week, students will have dedicated class time to collaborate on creative displays such as posters, tri-fold boards, and visuals. This learning experience celebrates cultural identity, builds community, and helps students develop important collaboration, research, and presentation skills while learning from one another.
